Newly appointed South African distributor, Rectron, has announced the immediate availability of ZyXEL Communications` G-570S multipurpose wireless access point, designed exclusively for local home and small office users.
The ZyXEL G-570S not only combines bridge, repeater, access point and wireless client functionalities in a stylish box, but also employs ZyXEL`s Wireless Super G acceleration and OTIST (One-touch Intelligent Security Technology) features.
For today`s diversified home and office network applications, ZyXEL G-570S is an ideal solution encompassing the flexible deployment, high security and ease-of-use advantages.
The wireless access point doubles standard 802.11g wireless data transmission speeds with ZyXEL`s Wireless Super G technology. When enabled, the technology boosts the connection speeds between the G-570S and Super G-enabled Wireless AP and client with a top speed of 108Mbps.
The ZyXEL G-570S security functionality also includes WPA/WPA2/WPA2-PSK, 802.1x and 152-bit WEP encryption technology.
