Genesys acquires OVM Solutions

According to Genesys, the investment brings added expertise and scale to the Genesys cloud-based proactive communications offerings. Proactive communications solutions continue to be an effective way for companies to reach customers with more personalised interactions over voice, SMS, e-mail and mobile devices in order to improve customer experience.

As an existing partner of Genesys with a substantial installed base of customers, OVM Solutions brings expertise in sales and marketing to the Genesys Proactive Customer Communications solution. Genesys proactive customer communications delivers over two billion messages annually in 30 countries for more than 350 customer experience leaders.
