Scania Finance Southern Africa, a division within the Scania Group, has signed a deal with Xpertek to implement an automated sales process for its branch network in SA, Namibia, Botswana and Tanzania.
Scania Finance is committed to offering its southern African clients competitive finance for approved Scania vehicles and related equipment.
Xpertek's offering will integrate to fleet management software, Fleetactiv, and streamline the referrals and sales process by pre-populating existing customer data, producing customer quotes and creating deals. Incidents will be diarised and a reporting tool will be available.
Finance house, Babereki Investments, based in Botswana, expects that Xpertek's automated end-to-end loan administration system will reduce deal application turnaround time and create a competitive advantage in customer service in its loan environment.
Xpertek's loan offering will replace Babereki's legacy system, which had a strong manual dependence.
Babereki has three branches and plans for future expansion, so requires a centralised and automated system for better management control and cash control within its branches.
The new system will incorporate receipting, insurance, settlement and arrears management, and will integrate to the ITC credit bureau. In future, it will cater for new products such as a savings component.
IP Solutions SA is the latest subscriber to Xpertek's Software as a Service (SaaS).
