At the recent Microsoft Partner 2017 awards, First Technology was the proud recipient of two esteemed awards:

Licensing Solutions Provider Partner of the Year 2017

This award recognises LSP partners who provide Microsoft Licensing Solutions and Services through the LSP programme of modern licensing transformation, as demonstrated by the evolution of the Enterprise Agreement and cloud sales growth. This is the 2nd consecutive year First Technology has won this award.

Software Asset Management Partner of the Year 2017

The top SAM partner of year award recognises a partner that has delivered on the SAM objectives by driving customer adoption and maturity in SAM and First Technology has successfully assisted our customers to adopt cloud.

First Technology has also achieved the Microsoft Managed SAM accreditation. Only partners who have passed a rigorous assessment based on SAM industry standards (ISO 19770) and the Microsoft SAM Optimization Model (SOM) can become Accredited Provider and offer services through the program. First Technology is currently the only Microsoft accredited Managed SAM partner in South Africa.
