Social workflow application Sparqlight launched its enterprise edition with a set of enhanced rules and automation features, and social workflow templates, Destination CRM reports.

The templates let users tailor their workflows around specific departmental job roles, such as sales, marketing, HR, product management or IT, in order to automate, assign and prioritise common business tasks for a more collaborative work effort.
