Dynamic Technologies group company Inspired Testing has appointed digital transformation specialist Clinton Da Costa Brown to the exciting and newly created position of Chief Growth Officer.

Da Costa Brown, who has extensive experience in the healthcare, life and insurance sectors, is a specialist in bridging business and technology needs, such as streamlining the customer journey, legacy and digital transformation, integrations and third-party data enrichment.

Inspired Testing CEO Jacques Fouché says Da Costa Brown will be part of the company’s Executive, working closely with both the South African and the United Kingdom management teams. “I see Clinton’s role primarily focusing on driving an international sales strategy, instilling formal sales process and discipline in the organisation, looking after and growing our existing client portfolio, and managing and expanding our channel and referral partner model,” he says.

Da Costa Brown says software quality assurance has never been more important, as business and individuals are increasingly reliant on software and systems and it is becoming ever more critical that customers have access 100% of the time. “Highly efficient online commerce and communications are expected. In this complex environment, it’s impossible to succeed where poor software quality impacts data integrity, integration efficiency and performance.”

Inspired Testing recently won a contract to provide software QA to the UK Ministry of Defence, headquarters of the British Armed Forces. They also completed a major project for Ireland-based healthcare services company Infocare, testing a system that provides critical information to clinicians and providing QA for their software portals and Web-based front-end systems.

Dynamic Technologies CEO Chris Wilkins says: “Inspired’s success across the UK testing market is due to a mature client services model in South Africa, a rand-based cost, all the advantages of a European timezone, language and commercial culture fit and a strong, dynamic work ethic.”

Da Costa Brown’s role aims to double Inspired Testing’s revenue over the next three years, building on the company’s significant growth from its well-established South African and UK operations. The appointment also coincides with Inspired Testing’s expansion into Europe and sub-Saharan Africa.
