WNS Global Services SA continues to expand its footprint

Cape Town, 28 Aug 2013

WNS Global Services South Africa (WNS SA) has extended its delivery centre in Bellville to cater for new growth.

The Bellville site opened with 500 seats in October 2012, and recently added 700 seats, 350 of which are already utilised by new clients. Along with the Century City site, Bellville brings the total seat capacity to over 2 400 in the Western Cape and over 3 000 nationally.

WNS SA expects even more vibrant delivery centre growth in the future, having recently announced new service offerings for the South African market, including finance and accounting, research and analytics, and human resource outsourcing.

"Our key business objective is to become the number one South African business process outsourcing company by March 2015. One of the criteria for this goal is employee headcount, and the ramp-up of our delivery locations continues to support this goal," said Johann Kunz, MD of WNS Global Services SA.
