Dimension Data recognised as global pioneer in customer experience
Dimension Data, a global leader in the design, optimisation and management of technology environments, was awarded the Genesys Partner of the Year award at the 2018 Genesys G-Summit.
This announcement comes after Dimension Data's global adoption and roll-out of the Genesys PureEngage platform, which enables Dimension Data to continue delivering a world-class customer experience.
