CRS solution boosts employee self-service

Human resource and payroll software provider, CRS Technologies South Africa, has unveiled an eco-friendly technology platform, inTouch, that improves employee self-service in the business.

Dave Philp, operations director at CRS Technologies, says the solution is powerful, cost-effective and easily managed and provides a self-service tool to employees with little or no computer skills.

inTouch allows employees - even those with entry level or basic PC literacy skills - to access and manage their personal and work-related information, to apply for leave or to view and print current and past pay slips.

In addition, the company has allocated and implemented a range of what it calls 'Kiosk options', which provide the investor with multiple benefits targeted at specific areas of their business.
