Qlik, a provider of intuitive platform solutions for self-service data visualisation, guided analytics applications, embedded analytics, and reporting, has recently awarded local company, RIC Consulting, Elite Partner Status.
This status, the highest tier in its channel programme, is awarded to partners who demonstrate dedication to quality, commitment to Qlik solutions, and customer experience.
To achieve Elite Status, Qlik partners must attain certain milestones, including revenue targets, advanced training, and organisation-wide accreditation and certification. These achievements must be maintained, and their foundations built on year-on-year.
As one of only four Qlik Elite Partners in SA, RIC’s team will enjoy a much closer working relationship with Qlik International, and will have more comprehensive access to information, resources, support, and services.
Paulo Fernandes, senior account executive at RIC, says this achievement is largely due to his company’s steady growth during a challenging 2020.
In addition, the company’s Qlik Support Desk was also noted as a positive, being managed by a dedicated team using industry recognised support desk software.
