KeyLogistics (Pty) Ltd, a member of the KeyTools Group, today announced that it had been appointed a Southern Africa distributor for Cutting Edge Software, Inc.
Cutting Edge Software develops, markets and supports business and productivity software solutions for the mobile professional. The company released one of the first commercial software applications for the Palm computing platform and has a large base of satisfied customers worldwide.
In January 1997, the company rolled out Quicksheet, the first fully functional spreadsheet application for Palm computing products. In May 1999, Quicksheet received Platinum Certification from 3Com and is the only spreadsheet to receive this designation.
Cutting Edge Software became the first company to offer both a fully-functional spreadsheet and an editable text processing application when it secured exclusive marketing rights for SmartDoc 2.0 in October 1999. With the release of Quickoffice Server and Quickoffice Enterprise, Cutting Edge Software staked its leadership position in providing productivity solutions for the mobile enterprise.
