Pink Elephant SA achieves level two compliance

Johannesburg, 07 Aug 2018

Pink Elephant South Africa, the leading IT service management company, today announced it had achieved a broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE) level two contribution status, effective from 1 August 2018.

"We are naturally very proud of this achievement by our team who have worked extremely hard to maintain our rating under the revised codes. This level two compliance demonstrates the local company's ongoing commitment to sincere empowerment and upliftment of our country, says Neil Petford, Regional Director.

The latest certification builds on previous empowerment levels, with a local ownership transaction concluded in July 2018 after significant structuring during the first half of the year.

"At this level, our customers are able to recognise their spend on their IT service management improvement initiatives and education as a significant part of their own B-BBEE verification process, and this, in turn, will assist us to remain leaders in our field in the local market," ends Petford.
