Leading ICT company, Quintica, has expanded its service offerings in Kenya, by establishing a direct partnership with international software vendor, BMC.
This will add complementary software technologies to its Kenyan ICT, managed and professional services business. Quintica becomes the first Kenyan company to represent the Gartner Quadrant Leader for IT Service Management (ITSM) technologies and will offer the entire application suite while utilising the skills of qualified Quintica personnel.
According to Roger Purdie, Quintica MD (Kenya): “This strategic partnership equips us to deliver turnkey infrastructure solutions with supporting services such as training, certification, resources and processes associated with an ITIL aligned technology environment, and make customer support, change, asset and request management an auditable integrated system.”
