Irish business school addresses ICT skills gap

DCU Business School has announced details of three new master's programmes, which it says will directly address the ICT skills gap in Ireland, Business & Leadership reports.

The MSc in management (cloud computing), MSc in management (digital marketing) and MSc in management (strategy), which are due to start in September, have been devised with input from key industry stakeholders such as Microsoft.

The MSc in management (cloud computing) is designed to develop knowledge and expertise in the principles, technologies, services, applications, challenges and benefits of cloud computing.

According to Careers Portal, the MSc in management (digital marketing) has been designed to develop people's critical thinking and understanding of the digital ecosystem to give a logical approach to the constantly evolving digital marketing industry.

The MSc in management (strategy) aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of graduates who already have an undergraduate degree in business, but who wish to develop a deeper understanding of the area.
