SNP appoints new chief operating officer


Heidelberg, Germany, 16 Jul 2014

The software vendor SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner today announced the appointment of Heinrich Goettler as chief operating officer (COO), effective immediately. The market-listed software company with locations in the United States, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and South Africa helps companies adapt their IT systems faster and more efficiently to the changing business environment.

In his new position, Heinrich Goettler will be responsible for customer support and the development of new products and solutions, focusing on software development. He will report directly to Andreas Schneider-Neureither, chief executive officer, chairman, and founder of SNP.

Before joining SNP, Goettler was a member of the executive board at Saperion and the longtime chairman of the German e-commerce company Intershop, where he successfully drove the company's market-oriented repositioning. Goettler started his career at Hewlett-Packard, where he gained strong expertise in the field of process optimisation and held international management positions. Heinrich Goettler studied sinology, mathematics, and economics.
