Business software and services company, Vision Solutions has signed up iAxcess as its African distributor for business continuity, disaster recovery and data replication solutions.
According to Vision Solutions, the partnership strengthens and expands its African and Middle East presence in the market. The solutions provider commits to support iAxcess with pre-sales services, training, technical expertise and marketing around business continuity.
Wouter Vancoppenolle, Vision Solutions director of sales for the Middle East and Africa, believes the partnership will help the vendor provide business continuity and disaster recovery solutions to customers in new markets.
“Working with iAxcess will greatly expand the service offerings to our customers through working with more business partners in the region,” says Vancoppenolle.
iAxcess now offers a suite of business continuity and data replication products across the Microsoft Windows, Linux, AIX and IBM Power Systems platforms.
Adnan Abu Sharar, iAxcess MD, says the distributor plans to build strong relationships with its channel partners in the regions in which it operates.
Sharar says: “With our team's commitment and experience around the Double Take backup and recovery solutions, we believe that we will see strong demand for these solutions among our partners as they look to help their customers meet their business continuity requirements.”
