Urbanise.com is a leading provider of multi-tenant cloud-based SaaS platforms to Strata and facilities managers in Australasia, the Middle East, Europe and SA.
Urbanise had a challenge in SA with the automated processing of statement files for its Strata customers.
In 2020, Urbanise embarked on building an integration with Trustlink Paylink built on top of IBM Sterling File Gateway to start automating the process of retrieving and processing statements on a daily basis from any of the banks supported by Trustlink. The result was an improvement in accurate and timely processing of statements from all of the banks.
