Genesys, ITWeb bring G-Summit to Joburg

With this in mind, Genesys, in partnership with ITWeb, is holding 'G-Summit 2018', the premier customer experience (CX) roadshow, taking place across five continents and 15 cities.

The Johannesburg event will take place on 17 July, at The Forum, in Bryanston.

This year's event theme: 'Moments Connected', will showcase how our customers are using Genesys innovations to deliver a frictionless customer experience across sales, marketing and service.

Angela Mace, CRM and events director at ITWeb, says delegates will get to see first-hand what happens when great minds and visionary leaders, successful customers and trusted partners come together around technology.

She says G-Summit will feature thought-provoking keynotes, as well as a variety of general sessions by leading experts and authorities from a wide range of industries.
