iSPartners rolls out vertical solutions
iSPartners, a Microsoft Gold Certified partner, has combined its leading expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) and business intelligence (BI) to build out solutions for specific industry verticals. This ensures that best practice and standard industry terminology is utilised, resulting in quicker, more cost-effective deployments and improved user adoption.
Heath Turner, CRM director at iSPartner, says: “Being experts in both competencies gives our customers a distinct advantage by implementing a solid platform and being able to extract superior intelligence from it.”
Dave Ives, GM for the Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management units, adds: “We have successfully taken our IP built up over many years in specific verticals, and offered customers a fast track option on solid platforms.” By leveraging their frameworks and incorporating best practice from around the world, the company has launched specific solution offerings, which include Fleet Performance, Sales Performance, Lead Management, Financial Services, Property Performance and Administration to name a few.
“Our strength further lies in our ability to re-platform or modernise IT systems through a systematic approach to displace legacy systems,” adds Turner. Master data management initiatives often form an integral part of this process, as we typically consolidate and de-duplicate large data sets. Data cleaning can take place at regular intervals once the business rules are in place for merging and matching. “Customers benefit from our years of experience and expertise. Our unique specialisation in offering Microsoft Business Technology Solutions unlocks more value and shortcuts for clients,” says Ives.
As the solutions can either be deployed on site or hosted, customers have flexible ownership and pricing models available to them. Turner continues: “Our ability to offer customers with a choice between these different business models is unmatched.” Delivery has also been reduced as the base applications are so rich in functionality, companies can be taken live in hours, not weeks.
“We are excited about the upcoming launch of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. As the Partner Winner within this category during 2010 and a longstanding successful track record of delivery, we are well positioned in the market to assist clients with upgrades or new implementations,” concludes Turner.
