Payglobal unveils HR X factor

The 'X factor' in human resource (HR) and payroll systems was unveiled when Christchurch-based PayGlobal released its new product, Exolvo, says Voxy.

After a year of investment in development and testing, Exolvo provides new functionality and capability in combination with PayGlobal's existing, HR and payroll software. It's aimed at helping businesses become more efficient and profitable.

PayGlobal CEO, Hugh Martyn says Exolvo has been developed in response to clear trends in the HR information systems market and the availability of new technology.

HCM mobile apps revealed

Kronos and ScheduleSource, two vendors of human capital management (HCM) software, unveiled mobile workforce management applications said to relieve HR managers of low-value, time-consuming tasks, writes Managing Automation.

The trend towards self-service human capital management got a boost this week as two HCM software providers released new functionality intended to put the power of workforce management in employees' hands.

ScheduleSource, which has peddled its human capital management software for the past decade, has unveiled TeamWork Mobile, an application that allows manufacturing employees and others to manage their work schedules through their smartphones.

Accero enters new growth phase

Accero, a payroll and HR solutions provider for mid-sized and large companies, says it will be entering a new phase of growth, states Ben Zinga.

This new phase will be led by Sean Fallon, newly appointed CEO, who will succeed Tom Malone, Accero's founding CEO.

Robert Smith, CEO of Vista and chairman of the Board of Directors for Accero, states: "Under Tom's leadership, Accero has been re-established as a leader in payroll and human capital management."
