SAP honours IDS
IDS Scheer, a global services partner for SAP consulting services, has been named the 2007 SAP Channel Partner of the Year in the United States, says Fox Business.
In addition, the company's SME business units in the US and Canada have once again received the distinction of the highest customer satisfaction scores recorded by SAP America and SAP Canada.
The awards were presented at SAP's 2008 Field Kick-Off Meeting held earlier this month in Las Vegas. Recognising the top-performing partners within the SAP PartnerEdge programme, IDS Scheer has been honoured with the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the US and Canada for the past eight and 10 consecutive years, respectively.
Centrify appoints eB2Bcom
Centrify has announced the recruitment of eB2Bcom as its reseller in the Asia Pacific region, says CRN Australia.
eB2Bcom is an Australian identity and access management provider and will market, implement and support Centrify's DirectAudit and DirectControl solutions in local markets.
The reseller will work with end-users, integrators and consultants to mimic the success achieved in the US.
Virtual Iron chooses Tech Data
Lowell's Virtual Iron Software reports reaching a European distribution agreement with IT products distributor Tech Data, says MHT.
Virtual Iron's products will be distributed in Europe through Tech Data's Azlan division. The agreement expands Virtual Iron's existing European channel and makes its products available to resellers in France, Spain, Portugal, Scandinavia and the UK, company officials said.
Florida-based Tech Data, which was founded in 1974, claims more than 90 000 customers in 100 countries.
