The ISO 9001:2008 QMS certification confirms Sizwe IT Group's qualifications, expertise and infrastructure to meet a myriad requirements. It includes scope, design, project implementation, support, maintenance and optimisation with no exclusions. The new standard outlines a process approach to implementing and supporting a quality management system with increased involvement by top management.
Sizwe, a Level 2 BBBEE contributor, successfully achieved its ISO certification in February, which is valid until 2016.
