Puleng Technologies scoops several awards at the annual AEEI Group company awards, recognition evening

At the recent AEEI Group annual awards evening, held at Pigalles in Cape Town, Puleng Technologies (Puleng) walked away with several prestigious awards. Puleng is a proud member of the AEEI Group of companies.

JSE-listed African Equity Empowerment Investments (AEEI), a diversified investment and empowerment company, hosts its annual awards ceremony, which acknowledges and shows appreciation to employees in the group in various categories for exceptional promise and dedication, qualities, outstanding performance, leadership skills, exceptional qualities, excellent leadership and management qualities, excellent marketing skills, excellent financial skills, dedication and commitment, project delivery, excellence in management and loyalty, service and dedication.

Khalid Abdulla, Group CEO of AEEI, conveyed: "Congratulations to all Puleng nominees and winners of awards. The Puleng team scooped several awards, including:

* 2017 Emerging Executive of the Year: This is an award given to a young and upcoming executive in the group showing exceptional promise, dedication and leadership skills, and was awarded to Muhammed Mayet.

* 2017 Top Performer 2017 - ICT: An award given to an individual in the group with excellent leadership and management qualities in the ICT division awarded to Kate Mollett.

* 2017 Divisional CEO of 2017: An award given to an individual in the group who has exceptional skills, leadership qualities and who shows dedication and commitment to the group in the various business units, was awarded to Paul Thompson.

* 2017 Excellence in Project Delivery: A special award given within the group for project delivery was won by Team Puleng and Team espAfrika.

At the AEEI awards and recognition evening, employees are also acknowledged for their long-standing years of service, with long service awards, to show appreciation to employees in the group from 15 to 35 years onward.
