Artec Computer Systems today announced that Robson Savage, a leading pension/provident fund administrator, had contracted it to undertake the outsourcing of its IT infrastructure.
Robson Savage was a 15-user organisation three years ago, but has grown substantially since then to 80-users.
"From an IT hardware and networking perspective, we`ve kept our heads above the water over the past 12 months only with huge effort in the face of extremely poor services from various IT companies and individuals," commented Albert Jardim, head of IT at Robson Savage.
"However, as I recently said to our managing director, Artec have yet to disappoint me, and that is after two years of association with them. If anything, they have surpassed all my expectations," concluded Jardim, "thus, I am delighted that we have now formalised our relationship with them."
"I am flattered by the remarks of Albert Jardim," added Andrew Tucker, Founder and CEO of Artec Computer Systems. "I am determined to ensure that the ongoing services to Robson Savage and to all our other clients will continue to be of the highest quality, since I am convinced that this is one of our key differentiators."
