Up until now, engagement in the property sector has been driven from the supply side by estate agents advertising available properties, rather than focusing on demand from buyers or potential tenants.
My Homewrxs turns this model on its head. Potential buyers register on the site and capture their property requirements. Estate agents on the other hand also register on the platform for the areas where they sell and rent properties. Registration is free for both buyers and sellers. Estate agents are notified in real-time of buyers and their requirements. They then load their listings in line with the buyer requirements they were alerted about – thereby only paying for listings where there is real demand at the time – saving them a lot of money and enabling them to gauge immediate demand in their areas.
