Annex Distribution, a local supplier of building blocks and next generation solutions to the ICT and digital lifestyle sector, has secured a distribution agreement with its latest vendor partner, ViewSonic Corporation, a global provider of visual display products.
The deal will enable Annex Distribution to make a range of innovative products available to the local market, including LCDs, monitors, LCD TVs, projectors, digital signage and other display solutions.
Bill Gradwell, director at Annex Distribution, says the company is pleased to have sealed a partnership with ViewSonic Corporation, and believes the development will certainly pay dividends for the local channel as ViewSonic enjoys global acclaim for its technology and level of expertise.

Gradwell confirms that the first batch of product will be available to market at the end of October 2008.
“Initially we will concentrate on the distribution of LCD monitors and projectors, but will soon expand the range to include lifestyle-focused product such as televisions. In addition, we look forward to engaging more proactively with the growing projector space, a segment of the larger information and communication technology sector that still holds great potential. Our role is to assist our reseller group to identify opportunity and deliver on services,” he adds.
Brendon Land, Country Manager ViewSonic South Africa, believes Annex will assist the company to effectively expand its reach into key market segments.
