Huge Group inks distribution deal with NEC

Global communications and IT solutions firm NEC Enterprise Solutions has appointed Huge Management Company as a distributor of its Server Message Block communications solutions in SA.

Huge will distribute NEC’s Univerge SV9100 / SL2100 communications servers and a range of terminals and business applications, including IP DECT.

NEC says Huge Management Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the JSE-listed Huge Group, is strategically placed to warrant the alliance.

Huge Group has a large network of subsidiary and associate companies operating in the telecommunications, media, technology and software industry, and NEC says the company’s placement within these markets will serve to amplify the distribution of its communications solutions.

He notes NEC’s portfolio will enable Huge to further expand its offering in the market, address the increasing demand and fuel growth.
