The South African Breweries extends its relationship with Unison Communications

Johannesburg, 01 Oct 2008

Unison recently extended its already long-standing relationship with The South African Breweries (SAB) with the nationwide deployment of the market-leading management and call billing application, Galactrix.

“We have an extensive voice network and are always seeking ways to improve on the management of our infrastructure. Unison has provided us with a management platform that falls in line with our overall telephony strategy. The new system provides the information required in order to allocate voice costs appropriately; understand the impact of these costs in order to better optimise our infrastructure allowing us to build on our current, and plan for future, communication and telephony developments,” says Benjy Singh, Network Technical Manager of The South African Breweries Limited.

“We are confident that through the use of Galactrix, which allows for the proper analysis of call data and telephony utilisation, we are able to assess the continual needs of SAB and will on an on-going basis be able to identify, monitor and manage any changes, consolidations and optimisations that are necessary to ensure the effective management of their voice infrastructure,” says Roman Szulc, Sales Director at Unison Communications.
