Stuttgart, 13 November 2014 - ELO Digital Office received recognition for its innovative work in the development of systems for enterprise content management (ECM) at the ECM Awards 2014. The event was organised for the sixth time by the independent consulting house, Pentadoc Consulting, and took place in Baden, Switzerland.
The consultants, specialists in the ECM market, awarded Stuttgart-based ELO Digital Office the title: "ECM Manufacturer of the Year" for the second time in a row. In addition, ELO was nominated in the "ECM solution 2014" category.
This year's event took place at the TRAFO Center in Baden, Switzerland, for the first time. Here, ELO successfully won against a number of ECM providers in the "ECM Manufacturer" category and successfully defended its title. "We see winning the ECM award repeatedly as recognition for our products and solutions. At the same time, we see it as an incentive to continue following the newest innovative approaches and to integrate them into our ECM solutions for the benefit of our customers," states ELO CEO Karl Heinz Mosbach.
Title awarded via customer online voting
A unique feature of the award is that it is awarded based on customer votes instead of a jury. The customers were free to choose their favorite company, with verified online voting. "We see this award on the part of the customers as a success of the entire ELO family," adds Mosbach. "ELO's strength in interacting with customers is based in particular on the high quality work by our business partners, who implement tailor-made solutions for our customers." The simple operation of the ELO products, ease of use and the focus on the needs and desires of the customers play an important part as well.
ELO Digital has been providing DMS/ECM for 16 years. The ECM manufacturer sells the ELOoffice, ELOprofessional and ELOenterprise ECM systems to medium-sized and large companies via a close meshed business partner network. A total of 500 000 workstations in 40 countries worldwide already work with ELO ECM software.
