Aragon describes in this report how digital business platforms (DBPs) intelligently co-ordinate goal-directed work by supporting interactions between people, software and machines. DBPs are about accomplishing work digitally, and more importantly, about dynamic, goal-driven processes, cites the report.

"When choosing a digital business platform, organisations should first examine which customer experiences, processes, decisions and associated resources should be fully digital," says Jim Sinur, VP Research and Fellow at Aragon Research. "Aragon recognises Nintex as a leader because of the speed, ease and power the platform provides to end-users in the development and optimisation of digital workflows."

The Nintex Platform is a powerful set of intuitive, integrated and intelligent solutions that empower operations, IT and business leaders to unlock the transformational business benefits of intelligent process automation technologies. The platform includes capabilities for advanced workflow, DocGen, modern forms, mobile apps, and process intelligence. With clicks not code, it is faster and easier than ever to automate, orchestrate and optimise business processes.

Nintex customer Blake Scott, Enterprise SharePoint Program Manager at Emerson Process Management, adds: "The internal audiences at Emerson that are supported by Nintex go beyond IT, including engineering and finance. Because the Nintex Platform is intuitive to use, the technology has reduced the technical skill set needed by our teams to automate a range of previously manual and paper-based processes, which is saving us all valuable time and resources to focus on more meaningful work."

Nintex expanded its capabilities last month by acquiring Promapp, a market leading visual process management solution used by hundreds of public and private sector organisations to easily map and manage business processes. By bringing together the power of the Nintex Platform with Promapp, customers and partners can design, deploy and manage their end-to-end business processes.
