Johannesburg, 14 Mar 2006

Spescom DataVoice, has extended its partnership with technology giant, Siemens, by adding support for the very latest Siemens HiPath CAP 3 telephony architecture to its industry-leading solutions.

Siemens customers upgrading to HiPath CAP 3 can now do so assured that existing DataVoice quality and compliance recording, screen recording, performance management and speech analytics solutions, will continue to provide excellent service in their new environments.

Spescom DataVoice marketing manager, Pieter du Preez, says the company has been supporting Siemens telephony platforms for many years, via its partnership agreement with the German company.

Spescom DataVoice added support for Siemens HiPath CAP 3, in the latest version of its HiPath CAP Recording Controller. This recording solution provides all advanced features such as environmental tolerance, N+1 back-up switching, free seating support, business process integration options, and the automated addition of agent or caller information. Crucially, compatibility with HiPath CAP 2 to support mixed or migrating environments is maintained.
