Intervate has announced two new intranet-based applications designed specifically to assist businesses in achieving their strategic objectives.
The balanced scorecard (BSC) and KPI applications operate within any Microsoft intranet environment, including Sharepoint portal server, and make it significantly simpler and more cost-effective to implement balanced scorecard and KPI methodologies.
According to Migal van As, CEO of Intervate, these applications address the issues around cost and overheads, updating and maintaining measurement data, and the technical aspects and limited scope of current BSC and KPI applications.
"The BSC application reduces the time required to implement a balanced scorecard model and leverages the intranet platform to reach the people that matter most in the process - the employees," says Van As.
"And the KPI application provides a simple yet powerful application to aid in the definition and measuring of staff key performance indexes."
