ICT distributor Syntech has won the exclusive local distribution rights to TaoTronics and RAVPower, brands owned by global electronics company Sunvalley Group.

RAVPower will add to Syntech’s current range of portable power solutions, and includes features such as solar charging, 220v output and type-C notebook charging.

TaoTronics is a consumer electronics brand specialising in small electronics and accessories. It offers a range of audio equipment and LED lamps.

Craig Nowitz, MD of Syntech, says Sunvalley Group has over 300 patents and 200 research and development engineers, which enable its brands to deliver top-quality products at competitive pricing.

“Syntech believes in sourcing products that add value to the market. This is why we’re particularly excited about TaoTronics and RAVPower, because their products align with our focus on quality and innovation. We expect them to be very well received in the South African market,” adds Syntech co-founder Ryan Martyn.

Some of the products which Syntech will distribute include the TaoTronics Active Noise-Cancelling Wireless Bluetooth Headphones, featuring crisp and clear sound quality, high-performance dual drivers, noise-cancellation technology, and over 25 hours of playtime; and TaoTronics Bluetooth Sport In-Ear Headphones, with aptX technology, IPX5 water-resistance, Bluetooth 5.0, and over six hours of playtime.

On the RAVPower side, Syntech will supply the 20 100mAh Portable Power Bank, which has the ability to charge two devices at once, as well as USB-C input/45 Type-C output to quick-charge a notebook or MacBook.

In addition, it will distribute the 10 050mAh Dual USB Waterproof Camo Power Bank, which is waterproof, dustproof and shockproof, and has an IP66 rating, and the 25 000mAh 2x USB|Type-C Solar Power Bank, which has three outputs that can be used simultaneously, solar panels to charge the device while on-the-go, and 25 000mAh capacity.

Syntech’s range of products is available to resellers, via a simple online application on the company’s Web site.
