The remaining five employees have all had some form of disciplinary action before and have failed their e-learning training once before too. Here, Anne is able to look at her Smartz HAM report and identify that she should arrange a meeting with these staff members to understand why they have difficulties.

Anne can instantly set up new surveys and a new e-learning modules that these five staff members can complete before their meeting. Anne includes these notes into their portfolio and their line managers are instantly aware of these notes. The employees can go onto their portal and complete their new survey before their meeting with Anne.
