Test Dynamics is holding a series of roadshows in September and October to share the latest developments in LabVIEW 2019 software, which simplifies the design of smart machines and industrial equipment.

“Three separate half-day sessions in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape will allow delegates to see the latest developments in LabVIEW NXG, the new generation LabVIEW, says Stephen Plumb, sales manager at Test Dynamics.

“Delegates will be able to find out if this is the right choice for their next project. We will also examine the signal conditioning requirements for a typical DAQ [data acquisition] system and see how you can make more effective measurements by selecting the right sensors and signal conditioning for your measurement project.”

Austin Texas-based NI announced updates to LabVIEW and in LabVIEW NXG in May, saying they “aimed to expand engineering capabilities from design to test”.

According to NI, LabVIEW 2019 simplifies the design of distributed test, measurement and control systems, decreasing your time to market, while

the new version of LabVIEW NXG helps engineers reduce time-intensive set-up through rapid connectivity to instrumentation, removing integration bottlenecks that traditionally arise in bringing in third-party IP.

The first information morning takes place at the Midrand Conference Centre on 17 September. KZN delegates can attend the morning session at the Durban Country Club on 2 October and the final session will take place at the Protea Hotel in Durbanville on 7 October.
