Bytes People Solutions receives Huawei "Best Service Partner 2016" award

Johannesburg, 13 Jul 2017

Bytes People Solutions, a leading provider of skills development, talent management and business process outsourcing services, announced it had recently received Huawei's "Best Service Partner 2016" award.

The award was in recognition of Bytes People Solutions obtaining the best results from all suppliers in the Services Category. The results were based on various categories, including pricing, reporting, policies and procedures, user privacy protection, training procedures and more.

According to Dr Madelise Grobler, Managing Director of Bytes People Solutions, the award followed a Huawei supplier meeting, where Huawei reviewed its supplier strategy for the local market.

"Huawei is looking at working with strategic partners going forward and is consolidating its supplier lists into preferred and strategic partners. Based on our close working relationship with Huawei, we expect to maintain our status as a strategic partner and supplying the service as expected from Huawei," she said.

Huawei is heavily invested in the digitalisation of South Africa's economy. The company is a key service provider to all local telecoms companies, expanding access to communications networks, working with government and private organisations to develop smart efficient business solutions to improve the lives of South Africans. Huawei recently signed a partnership with Eskom to build a smart grid which will be more efficient, cost-effective, stable and reliable.
