Its functionality provides users with a comprehensive guide to assist with the interview process and the recording of all pre-employment test results, which safeguards compliance with the latest legislative requirements.

This technology will also assist with the creation of checklists, follow-up interviews and exit interviews.

CRS Technologies points out a major benefit of the recruitment solution is that it documents applicants' information and progress through the selection process.

"Once the applicant is appointed, the master data captured in the Recruitment Module updates the other modules, which means there is no need to recapture the data."
