Summit to deliver best of BI

To drive business and stimulate innovation, it is imperative that companies get the best out of their business intelligence (BI).

The right approach will give users access to strategic data and in-depth insights to empower them to make the right decisions, at the right time.

ITWeb's ninth annual BI Summit, to be held from 25 to 27 March 2014, in Johannesburg, will help BI decision-makers navigate the current changes and challenges of an ever-evolving business environment. Last year's event was attended by 250 delegates.

The theme for the 2014 event is "Agile BI. Analytics. Big Data", and local and international experts will explore and explain how best to implement and execute in these three areas.

Delegates will hear local and global updates and analyses of trends, hear case studies from leading industry practitioners, and gain valuable advice to help them overcome the BI challenges they face on a day-to-day basis.

The BI expo will run adjacent to the 2014 summit, showcasing the latest in products and services from BI solutions providers.

A call for papers has been issued for the event, inviting BI experts, industry analysts and practitioners to share their experience and knowledge. They should present strong case studies and insights into the BI landscape, tools, strategies and developing trends. The closing date for submissions is Monday, 21 October.

The ITWeb Business Intelligence 2014 Summit takes place at The Forum, in Bryanston. Click here to find out more and/or to submit a presentation for consideration.
