New face of HR arriving in Namibia soon

Johannesburg, 20 Jul 2010

Softline VIP, one of the leading developers, implementers and support providers of payroll and human resource management software for small to large organisations, will take Namibian users into a new era of HR product and service offerings with the launch of Premier HR.

A perfect partner for any payroll product, Emile Bosman, HOD - HR Services at Softline VIP, says this new HR application will offer a logical and integrated extension to VIP's payroll offering. “Premier HR has fully functional HR capabilities that stretch from job management and document management to fully functional performance management, succession planning, suitability analyses and much more.”

Bosman says businesses today recognise the various areas within the HR realm impact directly on the bottom line. He says these areas are highly interdependent and must be managed as a whole. HR Premier incorporates all the focus points within the HR process in one offering, which clearly distinguishes it from other HR software packages.

“Softline VIP has identified a growing need for a comprehensive HR solution in the Namibian market,” says Bosman. “The solution should not only include a wide range of HR consulting services, but must be supported by an exciting and easy to use HR software system.”

The launch of Softline VIP's Premier HR will take place on 21 July at Hotel Thule, in Windhoek, and on 22 July at Pelican Bay Hotel, in Walvis Bay.
