"We want to get partners to buy in to Dell and be registered so they can sell Dell," says Barter. "With our boot camp, we will then also train them in selling Dell products, and as soon as they move onto this partner programme, they start earning dollars for every box they sell.

"Dell sets a target and once that is reached they then get back an additional rebate of $5 per box. To qualify for this, you have to be trained and already sell a certain quantity for your name to be put forward. So we want to attract new partners that can grow and add them to that list so they can obviously earn these additional rebates."
