Ohio looks to Tyler

Mahoning County, Ohio has purchased Tyler Technologies' financial management solution, states Ad Hoc News.

The agreement, which is valued at approximately $1.8 million, includes software licences, corresponding professional services, ongoing maintenance and support.

Mahoning County will implement a comprehensive suite of Tyler's Munis financial management solution, including a variety of financial and human resource(HR) applications.

The Caisses implements Now Solutions

The largest financial institution in the Canadian province of New Brunswick has selected emPath from Now Solutions to meet the HR needs of all of its Caisses (credit unions), according to PR Newswire.

The Caisses populaires acadiennes is a network comprised of 29 Caisses with 86 business locations across the province.

The Caisses have entered into an agreement with Now Solutions whereby Now Solutions will provide the HRMS needs for all of the 29 Caisses (credit unions) in the province of New Brunswick.

Government agencies use Kronos

Over the past few years, federal government agencies have focused on modernising processes to achieve efficiency improvements, says Earthtimes.

As a result, demand for workforce management software has been steadily rising.

In its last fiscal year, Kronos, a provider of workforce management solutions, achieved a 29% increase in the number of federal government individual users.
