JSE-listed ICT company, Gijima, has been certified as a SAP Centre of Expertise partner.
According to Gijima, this certification validates its credentials in the provision of high-quality support management for all SAP customers.
The company says the certification comes after an audit process involving multiple stakeholders within the SAP support team.
In a statement, Gijima says the adoption of organisation-wide business solutions like SAP has grown rapidly over the past few years.
It adds the certification ensures Gijima's support management adheres to SAP's latest standards, both technical and organisational.
Commenting on this certification, Marlin Moodley, strategic partner manager at SAP, says: “The certification is specific to SAP All-in-One support - a single platform for greater business effectiveness and flexibility.
“The certification validates to the industry as a whole - customers, original equipment manufacturers and competitors - Gijima's high standard of support for the SAP All-in-One customer base.”
SAP Business All-in-One is business management software designed specifically for mid-sized companies or small businesses.
