Kyocera Document Solutions, a leader in the field of managed document solutions, has announced that five of its multi-function A3 business printers from its TASKalfa range, namely the 4002i, 5002i, 6002i, 7002i and the 8002i, have won the Buyer's Laboratory (BLI) Winter Pick 2018 award in the Copier MFP category.

George Mikolay, BLI's Senior Product Editor who covers A3 copiers and printers for the company, said that "Kyocera's Pick winners proved to be stellar players from which mid- to large-size businesses will certainly benefit. Outstanding reliability, high quality, and fast speeds coupled with smooth integration with various productivity-enhancing, cost-saving, and security-boosting solutions through HyPAS enablement, all at a lower-than-average price, make them an outstanding value proposition."

BLI, a division of the US-based independent evaluation organisation, Keypoint Intelligence is a respected tech research and analysis firm that offers expert insight based on rigorous product testing. Buyers and IT directors trust BLI when it comes to allocating their imaging equipment.

"Being recognised by BLI in these key areas is a true honour," said Karen Vivier, Hardware Product Manager at Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa. "We put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring our products deliver maximum value to our customers, and the recognition from BLI that our TASKalfa range does exactly that, is incredibly gratifying."

BLI's Pick Awards are presented twice a year and present the best hardware and software offerings from the imaging industry in their respective categories, evaluated over the preceding six months. BLI has been doing this for over 50 years.
