eScan, one of the leading anti-virus and content security solution providers, has been recognised for its world-class protection by bagging yet another prestigious award from AV-Comparatives during the months of March to June 2013. The test illustrates the overall performance and behaviour of eScan Internet Security Suite with Cloud Security in a real-world environment.
AV-Comparatives is an independent organisation that is globally recognised for offering systematic testing that checks whether security software, such as PC/Mac-based anti-virus products and mobile security solutions, live up to their promises. During this period, from March to June 2013, a total of 1 972 malicious test cases were tested. eScan successfully received the Advanced+ Award from AV-Comparatives with a protection rate of 99.3%.
