She is also a frequent conference speaker, visionary and seasoned professional with over 13 years’ experience in strategy development and execution, project leadership and technology. Martin holds a significant understanding of the South African market, coupled with industry knowledge and expertise in emerging technologies. Her experience extends across financial services and the technology industry.

Martin holds a degree in IT, Honours in Business, MBA and is currently embarking on her PhD journey focusing on the workforce competencies to aid organisations to digitally transform now and into the future.
