Jill Hamlyn has spent the last 21 years working within the IT and associated industries, building a reputation as a market leader in the communication, people motivation, group dynamics, recruitment, staff retention, executive personal coaching and leadership development fields. Having had previous IT management and managing director experience, Hamlyn has utilised her skills in developing and building The People Business Group of Companies into a professional business consultancy. Hamlyn has been involved with the Computing Services Association (CSA) and Information Technology Association (ITA), chairing various committees and divisions. This service to the industry was acknowledged when The People Business was awarded the CSA/ITA Service Quality Award. Being focused on people development and having pursued complementary studies in the fields of motivational and business skills training, Hamlyn has been retained by numerous organisations within the IT field to provide facilitation, executive personal coaching and mentoring.
