Digital Mall has introduced an open-ended communication and campaign management system allowing distribution of customisable and targeted e-mail or SMS campaigns to specific distribution lists.
Digital Mall is an outsource partner focusing on multi-channel commerce, relationship marketing and customer relationship management.
The new system, dubbed SmartContact, also comes with full tracking and reporting, the group says.
"Simply, SmartContact allows a marketer to manage multiple e-mail and SMS campaigns and distribution or subscriber lists with support for limitless additional information," says CEO Yaron Assabi.
"You create the communication you want your subscribers to see, customise their e-mail or SMS using SmartTags and schedule the campaign to run whenever you want."
SmartContact can also control communication from marketers` customers, as well as manage and store all communication so the marketer can focus on a specific customer and view any archived e-mail and SMS communication that took place.
