Spescom has appointed Paul Fick, CEO of Spescom Datafusion, as an executive director on the board of the holding company.
Fick joined the group in 1998 and has been the CEO of its contact centre division since 2002.
He has been instrumental in driving Datafusion's expansion in the Africa market, securing several partnership agreements with companies on the continent.
Fick's representation on the holding company's board will come into effect tomorrow.
