Business solutions provider M-Five Software has acquired 100% of Navision reseller Vari-Vision for an undisclosed sum.
M-Five MD Keith Mullan says the deal will strengthen his company`s Navision offering substantially.
Vari-Vision has carried out implementations in SA, Zimbabwe and Namibia.
"The company recently developed a cash book add-on to the Navision offering which is the ideal complement to the existing Navision suite and caters specifically for the South African market," says Mullan.
"Great Britain, Canada and Australia also use a cash book system, which means Vari Vision`s Cash Book has international market potential as well."
M-Five, launched in January, is the sole distributor of Hansa Business Solutions` financial software in Africa.
