Datatec-owned Logicalis Group has acquired UK computing infrastructure solutions provider Hawke Systems.
This is latest in a series of acquisitions aimed at boosting Logicalis`s skills offering in the UK.
Hawke, which designs and implements high-end storage and server solutions, generates annual revenues of more than lb15 million and is one of only a few HP Storage Elite Partners in the UK.
CEO Jens Montanana says the deal adds breadth as well as scale to Logicalis, offering networking and significant enterprise computing and storage solutions, and boosting Logicalis UK`s annualised revenues to about lb100 million.
The group says the acquisition ensures the UK revenue stream more closely resembles that of the US.
Other recent acquisitions include UK-headquartered Notability, US-based Solution Technology, and US firm Eisco Technology.
